Prior experience is desired, as we will provide you with all of the necessary tools and training to be successful. This is an outside sales position covering our service area of Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Eastern/Western New York.

More important than sales and/or exterior home improvement experience is someone who is motivated, organized, learns quickly, has extensive customer service skills, and can work well independently with little direct oversight. Successful candidates have worked directly with customers in the service industry—including sales, customer service representatives, waiter/waitress, bartender, etc.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with new clients
  • Create project scopes and estimates
  • Manage and track jobs from the first visit to project completion
  • Manage customers’ expectations
  • Manage company-provided leads
  • Self-generate leads (including referrals from existing customers)
  • Canvassing areas that you are in
  • MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE TO BUFFALO AND MONROE COUNTY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
